What types of advisors do you work with?

We primarily work with financial advisors, wealth managers, and independent RIAs who want to build consistent, high-value referral partnerships with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence. Most of our clients manage $50M–$500M in AUM and are focused on building warm introductions to extremely well-fit clients through trusted professional relationships, not through paid ads or cold leads.

How much time is required to be successful with this approach?

We work with some of the busiest advisors in the industry, so the process is designed to be completely hands off. Once you complete onboarding (about 30 minutes), you can be successful dedicating as little as one hour per month. Our team handles the outreach, qualification, and scheduling, and you simply show up to the meetings with highly qualified COIs. We can also tailor the number of meetings each month based on your availability.

Do you offer performance guarantees?

In most situations, we do include guarantees on results. We’re confident in our methods and comfortable taking on some of the risk to ensure you see measurable outcomes from the partnership.

When can I expect to see results?

We aim to have your first meeting scheduled within one week of moving forward with the program. From there, you can expect a steady flow of high-quality introductions based on your preferred meeting pace and availability.

How are introductions scheduled?

We fully integrate with your calendar and CRM so meetings are booked automatically without any manual coordination. Our team manages all pre-meeting communication and follow up, and you simply get notified when a qualified COI is ready to meet.

Are the COI introductions in person or virtual?

We recommend that first meetings be conducted virtually to make the process faster and more convenient. This ensures that logistics never get in the way of establishing strong initial connections with the top COIs in your area. After the first meeting, if a relationship is established and it makes sense, we encourage in-person meetings whenever it works for both parties.
